"I visit family once or twice a year in Freeport IL. Country Inn is perfect. In town. Close to restaurants. Free breakfast. The only reason it’s not perfect is 2x the hot tub was broke. Otherwise works well coming from out of town. Happy with their service, friendly people. "

"Perfect hotel for our weekend wedding stay. Accommodations were perfect. Rooms and hotel were quite nice, very clean. Free breakfast offering was nice as well. Would definitely recommend!"

"Clean and quiet with basic room amenities. Hairdryer didn’t work. I wish the pool was available at 6am or 7am, like most places, rather than 10am. Wanted to swim before work but couldn’t. "

"The staff was very nice and helpful rooms were okay and decently kept. The hallway reeked of marijuana and our neighbors were noisy on the holiday weekend but it was expected for the most part. Our mini fridge had a broken seal so it leaked water all over and make a funny noise at times, and our shower had some left over hair in it but the staff was very prompt to answer any issues we had! "
