"I was there for a short stay visiting a friend near by. The hotel room was clean, and tidy and comfortable. Wasn't sure how to turn the lights on but figure it out lol. Found ice on the floor i was on, wish there was water that went with it, other then having to purchase it. Thats ok though, used the tap water. I went downstair into the lobby there was water when you arrived. was able to look around, the pool look fun. Was excited for breakfast that they had to offer the next day, but...

"The hotel is quite close to downtown Hamilton yet it’s a stone throw away from accessing the 403. Hotel room is still have the new feel. Excellent free breakfast. "

"The only reason for four stars is that the EV chargers weren’t functioning - they would connect and drop. The nearby Shell has moderately fast chargers."

"Everything was fantastic. We were in room 334 and the view was lack luster but nothing can be done about that! Pool spa were both clean and wonderful. Breakfast was a 7 out of 10. Juice was flavourless, almost watered down, sausage was blah. Staff very friendly and lovely. Close to everything you could ask for! Definitely stay again!!"
