"The staff, especially Alex at the front desk, were incredible. I cannot express how friendly everyone was. They constantly went above and beyond for the guests while we were there. The hotel was clean and in a great location. "I always have a good stay here when in Odessa. The outside needs some sprucing up but the rooms are always clean and comfortable inside. I always feel safe at this hotel and that means as much as anything since I'm usually traveling alone. I get aggravated when I have to get the key cards reactivated every day at each stay but since they updated the door locks I think it is a personnel issue more than mechanical- that is really the only complaint I could have. "
