"I booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel area location is great, its near the fort Benning, because we attened the graduation of our son in the army here. I noticed one thing in here, they are short staffed in the afternoon, they dont have any housekeeping to clean some of the several rooms that were empty. "The staff person upon arrival was so sweet and helpful. I had surgery that day and couldn't walk and needed a wheelchair. The receptionist provided me with one and also helped me and my mother upstairs to our room with our luggage. The receptionist that came on after her was not so accommodating. We needed another blanket and extra pillow and she informed that we would have to come down to the receptionist desk to get it. I had to tell her that I couldn't walk and my mother was elderly.
