"My sister and I stayed at this hotel on November 20th for one night before our cruise, and it was such a pleasant experience! Martha checked us in, and she went above and beyond to help sort out a reservation issue. Fran, the other front desk clerk, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Both of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again whenever I’m in the Melbourne area visiting family. Thank you, Martha and Fran, for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"When we first arrived at the hotel we were given a room that had an odor; however we called The front desk and they immediately reassigned us to another room which worked out perfectly. Other than that, the complimentary breakfast was ok. The Staff is awesome!"

"I absolutely loved the heated pool. It didn’t look that big or nice, but it turned out to be amazing and I stayed in for almost 8 hours! The Hang Ten poolside bar was also great and though the drinks were pricey, they were excellent and not short on alcohol at all. AJ, from the front desk, was so accommodating and truly made our one day stay at this location perfect. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent. I would absolutely return to this hotel."
