"The check and stay were very pleasant. Nice and clean room. However; I called the front desk in the afternoon to inform about my late hour check in time, I was put on hold (but not silenced) for almost 6 minutes during which I could hear a group of staff chatting and ordering desserts including strawberry (shortcake or something), ice cream, and others .... I could understand if the receptionist was helping another hotel guest and had to put me on hold, but when I heard a group of them...

"Mostly we enjoyed our time. I gave it 4 stars because I felt like walking up & down the loft was unsafe. The railing didn't go all the way up. We had to figure out creative ways to get up & down. I also thought the "dog park" was lame. The bigger area only had 2 pieces of equipment and it was listed as an "agility course". There wasn't any shade. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would love to return. The view from our room was beautiful and staff cared about their jobs. "

"The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals."
