"I stayed at le Saint Michel for two night while visiting the Champagne reagion. The staff was very friendly and provided proffesional service. We even forgot a bag full of souvernier, which they gladly assisted us in coureering ir back tl us. Two thumbs up! "

"Don't let the tired facade put you off, the room was clean and in good condition. Air conditioning was cold and the shower was hot and good pressure. The bed was comfy and the location is perfect, right next to the train station. Don't judge a book by it's cover!"

"This is a very bad experience. We have been “welcomed” by the owner by him closing the door in front of us and yelling at us that check-in time is 5pm, that he does not care about us having 6 hours of driving and being tired. We were puzzled at this behavior and at this man almost scolding us. Unfortunately this hotel is not a hotel: opening hours are at 5pm, earlier than that no chance. When I complained at this behavior when then finally checking-in at 5pm, the second employee had almost the...
