She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "Room was ideal for what we wanted. Close enough to center with free parking available. Restaurants and supermarkets walkable. Easy check in and out. Good value for what we got. Good budget option. Only negative was room could be cleaner in places but to be expected so not to bothered. Very happy overall"
