"Perfect place to stay with ocean front view! I can stay in the House all day and relax. My kid asked if we can do smores and the hotel staff was kind enough to light the fire pit even when it's a little bit raining and windy. It would have been great if the fireplace is right outside the House but we have to go to the common area which is just few meters walk. Also, it would have been great to have a direct access to the beach from the House front instead of walking on the other...

" Historic Inn in a beautiful location. No TV or modern type amenities might bother some, but made for a very peaceful two evenings . Rooms are smaller due to age of the building but had a small private veranda . Brian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed staying here. "

Bill Henderson was born 1950 into the Wei Wai Kum First Nation in Campbell River, BC. Since he was a child Bill watched his father create carvings and other art works. His masks, bowls, totem poles, paddles and other carvings are collected all over the world. Location: 2411 Spit Road. (September 2019)
