"We arrived with other tenants from the 3 bedder (apartment B) in our 1 bedder room (apartment A). There wasnā€™t much an apology from the manager but her frustration towards the other tenants who made the mistake and her cleaners who probably left apartment A unlocked. The manager couldnā€™t reach her cleaners so she asked the tenants who made the mistake to rectify their mistakes by changing the linen. We were not happy with the service but were told that thereā€™s essentially no difference whether...
