"We enjoyed our stay here, the lobby and main area is modern and comfortable and has entertainment (fusball and table tennis) The budget room was slightly underwhelming and basic but the beds were comfortable and the shower good Staff were friendly and helpful The area was a bit of a walk to the city with not many interesting places to stop along the way so would recommend taking a bus straight to the city"

"After being given rooms which had not been prepared or cleaned, we were moved to rooms which had been prepared. The breakfast choice was very good and plentiful and the restaurant at night offered good meals if you didn't want to travel elsewhere. Overall experience was good and staff were always helpful."

I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. "It is an historic hotel with many antiquities in the décoration. The location is perfect near the canal. It is quiet but there is no escalator and the room was on the 5th floor. The beakfast was included and we liked the food. But ithe price for a night is a bit expensive. The owner was a gentleman ."

This meant that to have anything like an acceptable temperature in the room, the door had to be left open all night. There is a glass partition between the shower/toilet and the beds, giving very little privacy. However close you are to your travelling companion, you are unlikely to want to be in such close and open...
