"The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. Went back downstairs and complained to another worker who gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, but we were unable to do it. He came...

"The hotel is conveniently located and has a really nice shopping center plus restaurant area on the ground floor. The reception staff were really well trained and great customer service. However the room was not spectacular and the housekeeping were casual, sometimes seated on the floor in the hallways, and often left vacuums and other cleaning equipment just laying on the floor for extended periods. "
