"Amazing hotel. Entrance lobby and rooms were exceptional. The room was bigger than most flats in London Had dinner in the restaurant and was very very good. Steak tartare was one of the best I’ve had and Burrata salad was right up there. Only down point were the “fries” 9/10 apart from that with value in mind. Breakfast selection was very impressive, only moan is that the cooked section was a little dry. Needs something to add moisture/sauce to it all. Will go back for sure "

"The hotel called us the day before our 2 bookings and said they were canceling our reservations due to double booking. We had already stayed 2 nights but forced us to leave losing the 3rd and 4th nights. Room was noisy due to construction. Had to climb 4 flights of stairs all the time. And on the nights they say they were double booked there were still vacancies showing on the search sites. Everyone else was full so we were forced to sleep in the car."
