"The hotel is located in a nice area near good restaurants and convenience stores. The property features and structures are a combination of new and old, which is ok but not the best. This is my reason for the 4 stars. Overall the hotel staff were good and respectful."

"Extended Stay had everything I needed to be comfortable for an evening! There was quite a bit of noise in my hallway, but the Front Desk successfully addressed the problem, and promptly. My TV was broken and unable to be fixed, however, and the area around the hotel was quite noisy."

"The hotel was great. However the information about the pet fee was not disclosed on my reservation on Orbitz and was a very high fee. I was also not told of the fee at check in during my first visit on Dec 23 and booked again on Dec 28. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known about the high fee but was told this time at check in, and it was too late to arrange other plans. Very disappointed with the lack of details concerning the pet fee. "
