"Food left in fridge, crumbs on the floor, we had booked two rooms and the room phone didn’t work in the one room, so they upgraded that room and that phone didn’t work in that room so we didn’t even use the second room the whole trip"

"The shower still had wash clothes in it when we checked in. They allow pets which we knew and had no problem with, but the spray they use was more irritating than the pet dander. The staff was great and moved us to a different room that was ten times better with no smell. "
