"The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable with very nice pillows and linens. The sitting area was nice and it had plenty phone charging jacks. The staff were all very nice both at the front desk and in the dining area. "We love staying at this property. The staff have been wonderful every single time. They are super helpful and very nice. The property itself is clean and neat; however, the location means there is noise from the highway. Additionally, the physical property around the hotel is old and not very attractive. I just want to be honest; however, the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel make it worth the stay. Also, the breakfast is really good. Some hotel-included breakfasts really miss the mark....

"They had an issue being struck by lightning. Not their fault, things happen. They gave me a lower level room and comp points. The elevator was still fried. The room was very clean. Staff was polite. Breakfast was okay. Loved they had yogurt but was looking for a bagel or muffin to add to it. Overall I will have to come that way often and I will book another room with them. "

"The room was nicer than the previous hotel we stayed at in Columbus. The hotel itself was nice, but management gave me issues once I asked to continue my stay for work purposes. We came to the office around 9 AM and he would not give me the same room and wanted to put me in a different room that cost more money. I believe they did this so they would not have to honor their price I paid for 5 days. I don’t know if I will be back because management was difficult and would not work with me "

"This place was a refinery worker's dream! Rates are great! Super quiet day and night. This is "basic motel." You have a microwave and fridge. The water is high-pressure and HOT!
