Overall, they need to improve the maintenance to the facilities. The elevator was not working, the room's bathroom's lights were not working as well as few lights on the room, the room's door has no dead bolt, there were a cockroach on the bathroom, there was a misalignment between the mattress and the boxspring...

"The only weird thing is that they seem to charge you for your booking when you make it but actually they have not. When you get there they make you pay again at the front desk and now you can see 2 charges.
