I arrived after the reception was closed so did self check-in from the machine at the front door. It was very easy and straighforward. "The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, in recent years ! First, the reception is open only for several hours a day, and i had to call the manager (or owner or whatever) to have the front doors open. When I finally got to go into my room, I found out that « The toilet is broken » !!!!! So I had to use the one outside of my room. Third, when I got back on my second day, I found out that my room had not been serviced; no clean towels either !!!!! When I called the manager for new towels, he just...

"Once you're in the room, its very clean and has everything you need. But the exterior is off-putting with a fence around the facility and only one way in/out. We made the mistake of staying several nights thinking the location would be convenient, but working with the limitations of the autoroute was challenging... either using the help button and paying a high toll or taking a long path around and needing to walk through several gates and around the building to get to the room."

"The owner of that small hotel is super helpful and friendly, the hotel is super clean, the bedroom was very confortable, and breakfast was lovely. The location was great and centralized to so many things. The car parking is a 5 minutes walk to the hotel and safe. We will definatly stay here if wecome back to Tours."
