"Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Margarita. The accommodation is in a great location, super close to the main square and the station, but still on a quiet street. The area felt very safe, and we were able to wander around in the evenings which was lovely. Staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and had a great view of the mountains. Would absolutely come to stay here again. "

The only moan I would mention is that some of the people staying in the apartment where not considerate and would be shouting and banging all night. "For a low budget hotel, they were brillant. All staff were amazing, kind and very helpful and my room was cleaned every day. They will help you with anything, including trips etc. I would certainly book there again. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF "

"Was a good stay however I felt I could do with an upgrade, WiFi was poor and the fridge froze milk and water on a low setting. Other than that was a good and nice place to stay. Would stay again on return to Palma "

"Lovely, undisturbed stay in a pleasant room. Clean and comfortable enough to spend evenings in and with a great view overlooking the port. Easy access to local buses and the tram, as well as local hikes. Signs of wear but all functioning well with a good, strong shower. Air con worked slowly. No pool is not an issue when the beach is across the road. The area is cute but heavily targeted to tourists and lacks character. Plenty of shops and restaurants with easy-listening live music performances,...

"A very small room, smaller than anticipated for 2 guests. Expected 2 single beds & ended up with a double, arrived after midnight & couldn’t be bothered to walk back to reception to request a change. The hostel is out of the way so it was quiet & peaceful, we hardly saw anyone. Walking distance (up hill) to the main hotel & facilities which were great. I’d stay again but would want a bigger room."
