Find 2 Star Hotels in Concordia, WI from SAR 169

"Upon arrival to this hotel, there was a line of customers waiting to check in and no visible staff anywhere. We were there at 9pm so not super late, but no one could find anyone. Several of us walked in different directions to try and find someone but there was no one there. I had already paid online or we probably would have left. Apparently the one staff member working there had to leave the whole place unattended to take someone to the airport via shuttle services they provide. I thought this...

"Staff was awesome checking us in and helping out throughout our stay, and Carol answered all my questions and was super friendly at check out!"

"Nice room. Nice staff. But only 2 towels even though the room was booked for 5. When asked for additional towels they were out and i had to wait for an hour before the laundry was done. Also the fitness room was closed because of broken equipment. Breakfast was decent (waffle maker and some cold food items) but the breakfast area felt cramped. Overall a good experience but not excellent. "

"The only thing I had a problem with was when I went to take a shower, after turning the water on the tub would start filling with water like the drain was clogged. I was hoping thay it wpuld go away but it persisted. "

"Very confortable and large rooms, could use some updates. Staff was a bit overwhelmed by the convention crowd in town for Adepticon, and cleaning suffered a bit for that. "

"Excellent service. Food was good except coffee which was cold. Didnt use other facilities as I was there for a wedding."
