"Our door room 407 had issue with the door lock. Also at breakfast my sister who has health issues accidentally dropped her fruit cup and it busted and spilled on the floor. Again it was an accident and the lady working the breakfast area threw a cloth right behind my sister and made a loud UGH and then spoke in Spanish It was very rude and was not called for. My sister had said sorry and your employee made her feel bad. So this was very upsetting this morning for us. "
