"I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great. "

"The place was the worst place ive been to in 20 Years. It looked abandoned. No water for hours . A/C didn't cool the villa. No food or drink available even though charged for same. The pool was an algea color green. The grounds nor the beach were sweep. After we got our key the only staff lady left We left the next morning. The property looked abandoned in the morning. "Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try...

"Cocotel is a very terrible company and misleading website descriptionthe room they book has no cr in the room whereas the photos on the website do have . I do not recommend booking with cocotel. The customer service at Marion Inn were very helpful to book me into ANAHAW lodge which is so amazing."
