"The property and car park looks very shabby but inside the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a stopover. It seemed as though there are improvements being made but aren’t finished. Some basic things could be done to improve it further. There was a broken light fitting in our bathroom, the bin in the room was broken, only one bedside cabinet, chipped crockery. All easy fixes to improve things. Blind doesn’t block the street lights so if you need full darkness this will be an issue...

"Easy check in. Great modern clean room. There was 3 of us staying, welcomed warmly, easy access to park our car. Having Roses next door to ah e our breakfast the next morning was so easy and the food delicious as usual. "
