She kept asking for a code from the airline which was the man's situation, not mine. After a long bumpy flight and just missing the hotel shuttle to wait out in the cold for another 30 minutes, it was not the check in that I had hopped for. I forgot to request the shuttle back to the airport and she didn't ask, knowing that I had just arrived by shuttle. The...
