"Beds, towels and scent of the room were great. Breakfast was poor. Sorry to say that. Laundry room doesnt have detergent and sheet to buy also only takes quarters. One big issue was building has outside elevator. When i was in the laundry room on the 3rd floor old man came in with no shoes and dirty hair looks like homeless. Anybody can come in cause unlucked door and direct access from outside."

I booked this room for my husband and son last minute due to snow and dangerous travel conditions to come back home that evening after they got out of work in Los Alamos so I paid for this room with my card and their policy is to have the card present that room was purchsed with, so of course they did not have my card.
