"The property was very clean & lovely staff.we had plenty of water & coffee each day in the room .There was always staff in the reception & sweets .The hotel had its own car which took us to the airport & back £10 each way Our only complaint was the Vietnamese (Children) running in the corridors & waking us one morning at 6am moving furniture but reception resolved that "

"This is a unique hotel with helpful and welcoming staff and a aesthetic interior design. Rooms are clean, bathrooms have good utilities, and the area is quiet. The internet can be very sporadic, which I didn't like, but that was one of the few issues. It is a bit out of the main town for travelers without a vehicle, but it neighbors the forest, which is a good trade for views and quiet. As one of the more affordable hotels on the island, it is a good deal."

Building work going on directly opposite which we were not informed about and not acknowledged by the hotel. "Valoisa ja siisti huone, mutta kylpyhuoneessa haisi erittäin ummehtuneelle ja homeelle. Kylpyhuone oli tiivistetty liiankin hyvin, sillä ilma ei päässyt vaihtumaan. Suihku näyttää kuvissa mukavalta, mutta veden lämpötila vaihtelee ja vesi on joko kuumaa tai kylmää. Hotellissa on hissi, mutta hissi pysähtyy kerrosten välille, joten hotelli ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille. Hotellin emäntä oli hyvin mukava ja asiat saatiin hoidettua vaikka kielimuuria välillä olikin. Kaikin puolin hyvä...

"This is the first hotel on the way into the town. It's close to the beach, main attractions and well within walking distance of restaurants. If you're looking for 5 star luxury look elsewhere. If you looking for a nice clean basic accommodations this is your place. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. There is an obvious language barrier but with a little patients everything works out. Breakfast was included in our price. Very tasty."

"Je n’ai jamais vu une salle de restaurant aussi sale . La chambre n'était pas du propreté parfaite et installation très vétuste. Aucun membre du personnel parle anglais . Un minimum d’accueil et de politesse ne seraient pas superflus . Le service pour le petit-déjeuner quasiment inexistant. Établissement très bruyant, musique et karaoke jusqu’à plus de 22:00 . Etc....etc..."
