"Smooth check in, upgrade for free due to a mistake made in the photos from Hotels.com. Nice quiet hotel. Nice pool fresh towels brought to us while we were swimming. Breakfast was open a half hour longer so we can get something to eat. Raul was the young man checking in And the man deserves a raise and an award for customer service. "Where do I start, first the parking lot had not been salted and was very icy. The room was dark and dingy. The bed linens were stained and rough. The bathroom smelled musty, toilet barely flushed, water pressure was terrible. The floors were sticky. The heat barely worked( it was in the low 20s outside and felt about as cold inside) People all hours of the night slammed their doors and were very loud in the halls. "We enjoyed our stay overall but since it was two adults and four children we chose to get the 3 beds with two rooms and for some odd reason they decided to put that room directly above the reception desk and over looking the entire lobby.
