"We loved everything about the hotel but the carpets were very dirty. Stains all over. Didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. We informed customer service hoping for a better room but they weren’t even remorseful about it. Not even sorry about it. Said they are clean and are planning renovations and that was it. Unfortunately we forgot to get a photo of the carpets They were unbelievably stained. "

"It is right next to a Skytrain station which is very convenient to get downtown Vancouver and other areas. There is some noise from the train but though it was ok for me I might bring ear plugs next time. If you are noise sensitive then you may want a room at the front. Hotel price was very reasonable considering other hotels downtown at the time of year (mid-September)"
