"I came do n to stay for a few days to see my daughters graduation here in mass from the state of Maine I’ve been staying a few days longer than expected and staff has been very frustrated endlessly and helpful there was just one thing I paid Expedia for Saturday but I was charged to my debit card that the hotel had on file but I paid ahead of time with my debit card so I was charged twice on Saturday and hoping I receive a refund since I was charged twice to my debit card I’m sure I’ll get help...

"Hotel was under renovations which would have been nice to know… therefore some of rooms were outdated and some of the towel bars for instance were broken. Pool and hot tub worked. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Only thing was there were up high windows open which made the air a little chilly especially when there was a breeze. Would have been a good temperature in pool area if windows were closed, as it brought a bit of a chill. Breakfast was decent."
