"A simpler motel with great views of Bell Rock and nearby access to trails. Our room featured a comfortable king size bed, jetted tub and separate shower, mini fridge and large TV. Across the street was an excellent BBQ restaurant… you could smell the smoker from the parking lot. The jetted tub was nice to relax in after a day of travel and hiking. It’s a few miles outside of downtown Sedona but a trolley makes stops to take you to town. Friendly check in. "

"Very good . Breakfast hours and options need improvement. Slow coffee line for one cup at a time and prepackaged items. Does not justify the resort fee. Hours need to be earlier as hikers need to get to trailheads very early. One day no one was there until 8:10. Need more info on parking overflow as parking fills up. Rest of stay was great, location is good and rooms have been updated. "

"The breakfast staff ladies and gentlensn st front desk were so friendly n wonderful. The views right outsude our frint door and the convenience of some many restaurants n such in walking distance was outstanding."

"Our stay was short but nice. Beds were comfortable, a little on the softer side. Breakfast was very nice (waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage as well as cold cereal, yogurt, etc). Each room had a patio. Very happy with stay."

"Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and our neighbors both upstairs and next door were quite loud. Parking was a breeze and breakfast was good. "
