"Positives: Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was very good. Check in very good. Negatives: Charge $10 to park car over night. TV in bed room not working. When we called was told that no one was there to work on it and no rooms were available to change. Fitness center very small. Bike not working. No remote for tv. Dumbbell weights were missing. We are always looking for places to stay in Annapolis area. May have to look else where near time. "

"There are a number of good restaurants within 2 miles of the hotel which was a big plus for us. The hotel itself is very well kept; the breakfasts served were very good and the breakfast manager was very attentive and available. We would return in the future if in that area again."

"This property has recently been updated, room by room. They clearly are still in the process - evidenced by palates of supplies outside a number of rooms not yet being used. Extremely clean, recently remodeled. Great outside lighting, clean and spacious parking. I believe there is a laundromat on the premises. It is within minutes of the City Dock and the Naval Academy. Underpriced."

"Noticed a lot of water damage on the ceiling along with paint chipping over one of the beds. Other areas of opportunity throughout the room for upkeep. Breakfast left a lot to be desired (i.e., two of us in our party but only one bagel, only had a waffle as your choice for a hot meal, etc.). Knowing what I now know, I would stay here again but my expectations will be more in check."
