Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. "Property was central, within easy reach of town. Lovely walk around area especially the river. Had issues with key card which staff did help with but gave impression they were unhappy with us. Insinuating we had it next to phone etc. "

"The front picture is the thermal baths, not the hotel. This said, as a 2*, it is great. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. Could not be located much better. The manager and staff were fab too. Very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows not great. But this may just be me. My partner was fine. Highly recommend. "
