"Fantastic service from check-in, reception, the Very good experience here. I had to stay here for a night and I believe the kind woman at the front desk, showed kindness and had a huge heart.. they got me in early, upgraded my room for me without me asking since I wanted an upper floor. The coffee was good.. thank you Redroof staff you were all wonderful. The room was very clean and spacious I love the decorations of the room, bed was super comfy thank you "

I was offered another room that was not much better. So I had to make another reservation for a nearby hotel. I asked for a refund and i was told I would get it. It's been 3 days since I checked in and I haven't received the refund. "
