"We stayed here for a volleyball tournament, unfortunately we couldn't make our first night d/t snow storm and missed the modification date so couldn't change.. the only problem was finally getting ahold of the hotel to notify, I'm assuming because of the storm, once I got a hold everything was taken care of by hotel.
