"The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, in recent years ! First, the reception is open only for several hours a day, and i had to call the manager (or owner or whatever) to have the front doors open. When I finally got to go into my room, I found out that « The toilet is broken » !!!!! So I had to use the one outside of my room. "The owner of that small hotel is super helpful and friendly, the hotel is super clean, the bedroom was very confortable, and breakfast was lovely. The location was great and centralized to so many things. The car parking is a 5 minutes walk to the hotel and safe. We will definatly stay here if wecome back to Tours."

However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe.
