"I liked the size of the room and the staff service. The location is great in terms of proximity to Northampton and the cost was very reasonable. The downside was the entrance from route 5 was hard to see especially at night. The large sign was great once entering the parking area, but not very visible through the trees. Ideally, a traffic light would have helped, but warning signs from both directions as to where the entrance was would work. "

"The front desk staff were great! Free breakfast was ok and one staff Eleanor was excellent. She was friendly, nice, and a professional. She is an asset! The room had comfortable beds, the refrigerator and microwave was a plus! The only issue was that there was no room service and bedsheets were never changed for the duration of our stay. I had to ask for towels, and had the garbage emptied. Eleanor was the only person who vacuumed, cleaned the bathroom, and emptied the garbage when I requested....

"The property was very clean, comfortable, and the room was clean and nice. The only complaint I have is it was very noisy with other guests being next to us and above us. We could hear their tv at later times at night and the people above us were walking around at 1am. Not necessarily anything the hotel staff could do about it, but something I think all hotels should keep in mind is creating better sound denting throughout the property. You shouldn’t be able to hear guests in the next room."
