I extended an extra stay after my business travel and they would leave eye masks, glasses cleaner and cloth, alongside a deep sleep pillow spray in my room to make sure my stay was comfortable. They also left me a personalized handwritten note to encourage me to lift my spirits even though I was working. Super thoughtful.
