"Fantastic hotel! The operator George is amazing. He speaks great English and was incredibly accommodating. We arrived very early and he was able to get our room ready as quickly as possible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right in the centre and on the Camino trail. "Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"Hotel is a short drive from airport. Ideal location if arriving late to the airport or just need a place to rest for a few hours. The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. However---be aware!!--the check-in process (at least for me) required me to leave my passport with the front desk staff for the duration of my stay. This made me very uncomfortable.
