"Check In was easy. Very friendly welcome from staff. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Sheets were not thin and appeared to have been pressed! Breakfast had a wonderful variety of hot & cold items. I would definitely return! "

"You never know what you’ll get with a Best Western. We were a bit nervous but pleasantly surprised! Our room was very clean! No foul smells, towels were white, bathroom was clean, we were very happy."

Only feedbacks for improvement are — the sink had a drainage issue taking a while to drain properly, that likely just needed some care and the shower hardware can be updated."

"Nice newer cabin with patio furniture where my husband liked having his coffee.TV reception not the best, it sits in the sun with no view. Great staff, gift and grocery, 2 air conditioners (one needs turned on by white remote), kitchen area, etc. Would stay again sometime. Very close to Petrified Forest/Painted Desert and 2 1/2 hours from Grand Canyon."

"Didn't feel safe as there was no deadbolt lock on door. Room hadn't been used in months and it was dirty. Window in extra had no blinds or window covering. Cockroaches in tub. Only positive was that Bobby from the front desk was very helpful and nice."
