"This was our first time to stay at a RedRoof Inn. We were pleasantly surprised. While the room wasn't huge, it was plenty big enough for two people. It was obvious that the hotel has recently been renovated. The room was nice and for the most part it was clean. However, after walking on the floor in my sock feet, you could tell the floor needed mopping. The bed was comfortable. We slept really good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good. My only complaint is there...

"There was an issue with the processing of our payment card that the lady said was a card error. She did not offer an alternative way to pay, such as manual entry. There was often no one at the desk. I requested a ground floor room due to traveling with my elderly father who has mobility issues. The request was accommodated. The tub however was not suitable for use for my father due to the floor of the tub being wobbly and poses a safety risk, even to someone without mobility issues. I...

"The hotel was spotless, obviously new and well-maintained. We only stayed one night, so we didn't want to unpack anything except necessities. There was plenty of room to spread out our suitcases and tote bags. We especially like the hooks on the walls for coats and purse. There's less chance of leaving items behind when you can see everything. "
