They provided everything for a comfortable stay, and no issues at all with their services. However, the lock to my door drove me crazy. I had to twist the key a certain way in order to get it to lock and unlock. Other than that, a good stay overall."

"Great location for sightseeing and dining. Great Italian feel to the hotel. Parking was fabulous as there is no parking in the area. Well worth €18 per day. Piazza restaurants nearby and very close to the Shroud Museum. Breakfast included is a plus. The night receptionist man could do with an attitude adjustment. The rest of the staff were great and pleasant. "

"The room price included free parking as per Expedia and the property Google listing. This is why I chose this hotel. Upon arrival they told us that there were no parking available as they set up an outdoor terrace in place of the parking spot. They said we could use the staff parking but wanted an extra €20. Very greedy owner and not worth the price paid for. The listing still showed free parking and they had a sign in the room showing parking code but they refused to provide free parking....

Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! After waking up freezing in the middle of the first night, and having an 1-year old baby that we didn't want to get sick, we kindly asked the owner to keep the heating on throughout the second night, even if that meant less heating hours during the...

"poznávací pobyt na 2 dny, bohatě stačí, ubytovgání kouzsek od centra, dobré spojení tramvají. není to hotel,jedná se samostatný pokoj v bytě -vlastní sociální zařízení, vlastní klíče, parkování na ulici, snídaně připravuje bytná na hodinu, kterou si host určí - odpovídá cenové relaci. ovoce čerstvé, jogurty a pečivo taktéž, dostali jsme i mapu města a rady, kam se podívat."
