I emailed the hotel and received a reply the following day saying that our stay would be honoured for the following night which we were able to accept and subsequently arrived and stayed. No additional charge was requested, only the extra for our dogs to be in the room with us. Well done Ibis Budget Dax"

"When booked it implied free parking. It turned out to be off road parking! Offered closed parking for 3 euros which we accepted. Could do with it being explained on the booking site. Apart from that the staff were lovely and a nice room with a balcony."
