"Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The hotel is on a side street off of a very attractive plaza called Place Victor Hugo. This is an older building and it shows to some degree, but was very clean and the breakfast room was particularly nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The parking garage under the plaza is very new and has extra-wide parking spaces. The area is very walkable and picturesque, with pleasure boats lining the canals. "This is possibly one of the filthiest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The dirt and decay in public areas is stomach churning. Many choices in close proximity so no reason to stay here. As a brand, B&B should be ashamed of themselves for listing this hotel."

"I m pretty certain we got bites from bed bugs at this place. All 4 of us had several bites. My husband saw a couple of them on the bed. "

"Very clean, bright room, beside the Canal, safe storage for bicycles. Frriendly owners. Comfortable beds. Great view of the canal, bridge and Cathedral Note there is no kettle or coffee in the room, no fridge or microwave. However, there are places walking distance for drinks. Also, breakfast is available at the hotel."

"Does what it supposed to, there is a bed to sleep and a shower to wash. The room was very hot and the fan made too much noise to use. The window was left open all night but a lot of noise from the street. I think the check in time is slightly late. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It was ok for one night. "
