The pillows were very dated the main beds were comfortable, but the room that “accommodates four” the second bed is the equivalent of a pullout couch mattress. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected. "
