"The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. As far as negatives, some of the amenities didn’t work. We weren’t able to adjust the A/C, the ice machine was out on the second floor so you had to walk down stairs to get ice. and we kept having trouble getting the tv to connect to the correct tv input.
