All the staff on reception, in the restaurant, in housekeeping and all other staff were always welcoming, friendly and happy to assist you and give you information about the area. Recommend hiring a car which allows you to explore the area. We drove down to the Black River gorge which was amazing, definitely recommend a visit there. "First room was dirty and lacked amenities. Bedroom air conditioner leaked and upon a two-hour leave, returned to bed being soaked and floor with significant water pools on the tile floor. When asked to move, there was a great hesitation to switch. When received second room, the amenities were appropriate and air conditioners didn't leak.
