"Ant everywhere we only stayed one night. Zero Wi-Fi connection as we were out in a room in the loft. No food or drinks avai at the property or kettle. The worst stay we’ve had here. I complained numerous times about Wi-Fi. My children and I really hated it. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Banged my head numerous times because of the low ceiling and I am 5ft 4 . I don’t recommend this place. I booked a triple room and given this room which quadruple but unsuitable. "

"Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to speak with. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a balcony, air conditioning and a fridge as well as a TV. The common areas were always kept spotless. The shared social area/bar was a great place to relax, grab a drink and some food or play a board game. "The only comment I would make is that the public areas have no soft furnishings and the sound travels. Soft close doors would help as you can hear doors on several levels closing. They sound like they are being slammed closed. "

"We reserved a room, and it said it was a 24 hour front desk. But when we arrived nobody would let us in, so we had to sleep in our car on a random parking lot. NOT happy."
