A clean place, comfortable bed (In a 16 shared room), the external noise was unperceivable inside the room, the hostel offers some stuff for breakfast such as cereal, milk, tea, coffee, bread, and enough kitchen facilities to cook during the allowed times. "From the friendly greeting at reception, to opening the door to a clean, well laid out room - I couldn't ask for anything more. It may not be the flashiest place to stay, but it's definitely not trashy. The bed was comfortable, parking is good, my room was quiet. Bonus was getting greeted by the cutest puppy ever :)"

"The facilities are modest but they are clean and they are very conveniently located opposite West Richmond station. The staff are proactive, friendly and professional. Definitely a big plus. The disabled bathroom is not an accessible bathroom. The water is set to over 80 degrees, the taps are three inches wide with no spindles. "Haven't been in pod accommodation before but it seemed to work well. Had a room to myself that was very clean and comfortable, and shared bathroom was close. Kitchen facilities were well looked after. Manager was very considerate."

"Well run and clean property with few signs of wear and tear despite high usage. Bathrooms were clean and air-circulation was good. Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable). But would definitely stay again."
