"The room was pleasantly comfortable! We had 2 large dogs with us and never felt crowded at all. The pet fee was also reasonable and our check in was super easy. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a double queen room so an extra soap and shampoo in the room would've been helpful. No coffee maker but that wasn't a big deal. When our take out supper didn't come with eating utisels, the lady up front happily provided some for us.This definitely made our favorites list."

"Overall, I was extremely happy with my group’s stay here. We had a total of 11 guests, and the house easily accommodated all of us. The house offered many different indoor and outdoor activities that made the stay even more enjoyable. I have only great things to say about this property and its host. I would definitely recommend it for those visiting the Kansas City area with larger groups."

"We loved having a fire pit, the wrap around deck. Trail to a pond, swing set. Missed not having a regular coffee pot and an oven! The longer you are in business it will all come together. We would love to come back. Marlene "
