"Room and Bedding were clean and fresh. I am always happy w hard flooring vs. Carpets in a room so that was a key bonus for me. Pool and hot tub were clean and not over chemical laden. Breakfast room was clean w a decent selection. Check in and out was good, although I did ask about an early checkout and was told I was able to if needed BUT was not told there was a time constraint on this,.which hindered me getting a full refund for the night we didn'tstay. "This was very affordable hotel so I thought it might not be great. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and staff. Would stay again if ever in town. "

"My room was pretty clean...a few dust bunnies in the corners. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. Breakfast was standard fare, but acceptable. Only real issue was trying to regulate the temp in the room...always seemed to be too hot no matter how I adjusted the thermostat on the heating unit. (It was below zero both nights I was there, so perhaps the unit was trying to keep ahead. Overall, I would stay here again."

"Property was in great proximity to the fairgrounds and price was fair. Staff was also very helpful and courteous.Only issues were the lack of keeping up on the continental breakfast and you can hear everything in the rooms from other rooms above and next to you. "
